None of Those Dresses

First wedding of the season: done. And what a beautiful wedding it was!

The bride and groom were smiling and laughing all day - always a good sign, right? The bride looked straight out of a bridal magazine with her soft pretty face and curly blond hair. Her bridesmaids were equally as gorgeous. As was the mother-of-the-bride, who walked her down the aisle since we very unfortunately lost her father just last year. In fact, that was why they had chosen June 18th as their date - it was the day her father got married too. All very touching.

The food and reception hall were fantastic as well! My glass o' vino never even got near empty before it was filled up again. And we danced up a storm - their DJ was really on the ball with great tunes. We could not have had more fun!

I managed to finish the cakes on time too and deliver them before the ceremony without any issue. From what I hear, they were enjoyed by all! Thank goodness - I'm always a wreck, thinking they won't be good enough, when I bring cakes to such an event.

Best of all, I managed to find the perfect outfit. Courtesy of my favoritest store ever, Chez Sister! ;)

She came over with a gorgeous coral dress, matching nude shoes and clutch, plus the jewelry set to wear with it all. Talk about service!

So here I am (in none of the outfits discussed in this post, lol).

And look at that tie. You know your boyfriend loves you when he goes out to buy a tie that will specifically match your dress! I know some of our friends did it as well, but do any of you out there tend to coordinate your couple outfits for weddings and the like? No? We're just totally lame? Alright then. We may be lame, but we look pretty great, right?!
